Russian tennis star Anna Chakvetadze tied up, robbed by thieves at home

MOSCOW - Russian tennis star Anna Chakvetadze was tied up by masked robbers who broke into her home Tuesday and stole money and goods worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, her father said.

Chakvetadze, ranked No. 6 and a U.S. Open semifinalist in 2007, was bound for 30 minutes in her home outside Moscow but not seriously hurt, NTV television reported.

If it is proven that the children have been exposed to drugs, Kevin could lose custody of the children. This could give Brittney Spears custody of her young children. Whether or not this is true or not, it doesn't make Britney Spears a better mother.

Carrie Marie Underwood (born March 10, 1983) is an American pop country music singer who won the fourth season of American Idol. She has since become a multi-platinum selling recording artist. Her debut album, Some Hearts, was certified 6x platinum and is the fastest selling debut country album in Nielsen SoundScan history . Underwood is the first American Idol winner to sweep up honors at all three major music awards in the same awards show season (06-07), including a grand total of four American Music Awards, thirteen Billboard Music Awards, and two Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist.

Her debut album, Some Hearts, has yielded five number one hits to date on various charts in the United States and Canada: "Inside Your Heaven," "Jesus, Take the Wheel", "Don't Forget to Remember Me", "Wasted," and her biggest hit to date, "Before He Cheats." Jessica Alba has announced that she and boyfriend Cash Warren are expecting their first baby together.
"I can confirm that Jessica and Cash are expecting a baby in late spring/early summer," Alba's publicist, Brad Cafarelli, said.

The couple first met on the set of 2005’s Fantastic Four, where Warren was working as a director’s assistant.

Amanda Kimmel

Amanda Lee Kimmel (born August 3, 1984) is a beauty queen from Billings, Montana who has competed in the Miss USA and Miss Earth pageants.

Kimmel won the Miss Montana USA 2005 title in late 2004 after placing first runner-up in both the 2003 and 2004 pageants. She competed at the Miss USA 2005 pageant held in Baltimore, Maryland in April 2005, but failed to place. The pageant was won by Chelsea Cooley of North Carolina.

After passing on her Montana crown to Jill McLain in late August 2005, Kimmel travelled to Quezon City, Philippines to participate in the Miss Earth 2005 pageant. Kimmel was selected to represent the United States in this pageant from a group of applicants, and did not compete in a live competition for the title. She made the top eight in this international pageant, the highest placement ever by a delegate of the United States in the pageant's five-year history.

In early August 2006, Kimmel crowned fellow former Miss USA competitor Amanda Pennekamp as Miss Earth USA, in the second live pageant held in the United States to choose a delegate for the Miss Earth competition. Pennekamp, Miss South Carolina USA 2004, had placed first runner-up in the Miss USA 2004 pageant.

Kimmel has also competed in the Miss World Kite competition held in China, an honour offered to winners of the Miss Montana USA pageant.

In August 2007 it was announced that Kimmel would appear on the reality television show Survivor: China, becoming the fourth Miss USA delegate to compete on Survivor. The final episode of Survivor: China, broadcast on December 16, 2007, revealed that Kimmel finished third, behind winner Todd Herzog and second-place finisher Courtney Yates.

This is kind of funny: since the news broke that Marko Jaric was dating Victoria Secret model Adriana Lima, Jaric's basketball career has taken off. As reported on the Timberwolves' official site (via NBA.com), Jaric is scoring 16.8 points and 6.3 assists in his last four games, almost double that of his previous four games. Jaric has confirmed his relationship with Lima but doesn't want to jinx his recent success:
