I ran across it being basically just bored one night, and wanting to find something new to watch.
After watching the pilot, I was hooked and proceeded to watch all the episodes I missed and caught up to the current season.
Of course beautiful women on TV sit-coms have added pressure that most TV actresses don't.
They have to be able to act AND be funny.
So here are the beautiful women of "Gary Unmarried".
First up, Paula Marshall that plays Allison Brooks, Gary's ex-wife.
Paula was born on June 12, 1964 in Rockville, Maryland.
Her acting debut was on "True Blue" (starring in Eddie Velez) in 1989.
Unfortunately, up until Gary, Paula hadn't had a lot of luck with TV series, appearing in six shows that were all canceled in less than one season.
But she worked through that, landing roles on TV series like "Californication", "Shark" , "Nip/Tuck" and "Veronica Mars".
Brooke D'Orsay was introduced in the second season as the manager of a radio station (Sasha) that first Gary painted, then got a job at.
Brooke was born on February 17, 1982 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Although Brooke has done a lot of TV work (and some voice work like "Braceface") you may remember her from showing up a lot on CBS' comedy line up.
She appeared on "Two and a Half Men" in 2007 in the episode "Young People Have Phlegm Too" as Robin, then "The Big Bang Theory" that same year as Christy in the episode "The Dumpling Paradox" and finally on "How I Met Your Mother" in 2009 in the episode "The Stinsons" as Margaret.
